Our story began a few years ago. After having taught scrapbook classes for seven years, we realized the importance of celebrating the little pleasures of life. We looked for an easy way to recall those joys and be able to share those memories. Once Upon A Charm…® is a unique way for you to capture the little things in life that have brought you joy and be able to share those memories with others.

Return Policy
Great care is given to make sure our chams are of high quality. In the event you receive a damaged item, Once Upon A
Charm…® can only replace a damaged item with the original item ordered. If you wish to receive a different item, we will consider the transaction an exchange and it will be subject to the Exchange Policy.
When returning an item because it is defective write RETURN on a slip of paper, with a brief description of the defect, and a return address to mail your replacement to. There is no fee which needs to be paid for a return when receiving the same item.

Exchange Policy
Once Upon A Charm…® will exchange new, unused product within 15 days of receipt for product of equal value. The customer is required to pay the postage to send the item back to Once Upon A Charm…® as well as a $5.00 PER ITEM restocking and shipping fee. Once Upon A Charm…® cannot give cash refunds.
In order for an exchange to be processed, you must have three items:
• a piece of paper with EXCHANGE written clearly at the top, with a note as to the item you wish to receive.
• $4 exchange fee for each item to be exchanged,
• the item to be exchanged inside its resealable bag stapled to the form.
Make sure you include your name and shipping address, be sure to include the date of the original order.
