How do I place an order?
Simply browse our enchanted collection, click on the items that call to your heart, and proceed to checkout where our fairy godmothers will guide you through the payment process. It’s as easy as “Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo”!
Do I need to create an account to order?
While our magic works with or without an account, creating one lets us remember your preferences for future visits and makes checkout faster. But if you prefer to be a mystery guest, that’s perfectly fine too!

Delivery & Shipping

Where do you ship to?
We spread Disney magic worldwide! From our headquarters in Chelmsford, UK, we ship to most kingdoms (countries) across the globe. There are just a few remote parts of Asia and other storybook-challenged locations we can’t reach (yet!).
What are my shipping options?
We offer two magical delivery methods:
  1. Standard Enchanted Delivery (£12.95)
    • Processed in 1-2 business days by our team of dedicated dwarves
    • Delivered via DHL or FedEx in 10-15 days after shipping
    • Includes tracking spell to follow your package’s journey
  2. Free Fairy Godmother Shipping (Orders over £50)
    • Same careful 1-2 day processing time
    • Delivered via EMS in 15-25 days after shipping
    • Perfect for patient princes and princesses
    • Absolutely FREE – no magic beans required!
How are items packaged?
Every Disney treasure is carefully wrapped with:
  • Protective spells (bubble wrap) to prevent any wicked witch damage
  • Anti-curse tape to keep your items safe in transit
  • A sprinkle of pixie dust (metaphorically speaking!) for good luck
Can I track my order?
Yes! All orders come with a tracking spell (number) so you can follow your package’s magical journey to your doorstep. You’ll receive this by owl post (email) once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

What if my item arrives damaged?
Oh dear! If your magical item doesn’t arrive in perfect storybook condition, you have 15 days after receiving your package to initiate a return. Our customer service fairy godmothers will wave their wands to make things right! Please contact us at [email protected] with details and photos of the damage.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
We understand that sometimes magic doesn’t work as expected. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 15 days of receipt for a refund (minus original shipping costs). Please contact our fairy godmothers to begin the process.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for our accounting gnomes to process your refund. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method’s processing time.
