Our Return & Exchange Promise

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they’re in their original condition with all tags attached – just like when they left our magical warehouse.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

To protect the magic for all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Disney Parks Limited Time Offers (due to their exclusive nature)
  • Collectible Pins (unless damaged in transit)
  • MagicBands (for hygiene reasons)
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Any item not in its original condition (missing tags, used, or damaged after delivery)

The Magical Return Process

Step 1: Contact Our Fairy Godmothers

Send an email to [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return/exchange

Step 2: Await Our Response

Our customer service fairy godmothers will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. For exchanges, we’ll check availability of your desired item.

Step 3: Package Your Items

Pack your return in the original packaging if possible, including all tags and accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation or return authorization email.

Step 4: Send Back to Our Workshop

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Once we receive and inspect your return (which typically takes 3-5 business days after arrival):

  • Refund processing: 3-5 business days
  • Refund method: Original payment method (PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, or JCB)
  • Total time: Most refunds appear within 10 business days from when we receive your return

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item as soon as possible after receiving your return. Standard shipping times apply.

✨ Special Note About International Returns

For our international customers (outside the UK): please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees. We cannot refund any original shipping costs or customs fees paid on the initial order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items?

If your magical merchandise arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund faster than you can say “Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo!”
