We work our magic to get your Disney treasures to you as quickly as possible:
Order Processing:
Our workshop elves need 1-2 business days to prepare your magical package before it begins its journey to you.
Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL or FedEx – arrives in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: For orders over £50 via EMS – arrives in 15-25 business days after dispatch
Please note: We currently cannot ship to some parts of Asia and remote locations due to magical interference.
🔮 Our Return & Exchange Promise
We want every purchase to be as perfect as Cinderella’s glass slipper. If something isn’t quite right with your magical merchandise, our fairy godmothers are here to make it right.
Return Policy Details:
- Returns & exchanges accepted within 15 days of delivery
- Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error
❌ Non-Returnable Items:
To protect the magic for all our customers, we cannot accept returns for:
- Disney Parks Limited Time Offers (due to their exclusive nature)
- Collectible Pins (unless damaged in transit)
- MagicBands (for hygiene reasons)
- Personalized or custom items
- Any item not in its original condition (missing tags, used, or damaged after delivery)

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:
Step 1: Contact Our Fairy Godmothers
Send an email to [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return/exchange

Step 2: Await Our Response
Our customer service fairy godmothers will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. For exchanges, we’ll check availability of your desired item.
Step 3: Package Your Items
Pack your return in the original packaging if possible, including all tags and accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation or return authorization email.
Step 4: Send Back to Our Workshop

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. For international returns (outside the UK), please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees.
💰 Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days after arrival):
- Refund processing: 3-5 business days
- Refund method: Original payment method (PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, or JCB)
- Total time: Most refunds appear within 10 business days from when we receive your return
Note: We cannot refund any original shipping costs or customs fees paid on the initial order.
For Exchanges:
We’ll ship your new item as soon as possible after receiving your return. Standard shipping times apply.
