While we strive for accuracy, slight variations in color or design may occur. Product images are for illustration purposes.

2.2 Availability

Some items (especially Limited Time Offers) may sell out quickly. We reserve the right to limit quantities and cancel orders if inventory errors occur.

The shopping journey works like this:

4.1 Processing Time

Our workshop elves need 1-2 business days to prepare your order before dispatch.

4.2 Shipping Options

We offer two magical shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL or FedEx – arrives in 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: For orders over £50 via EMS – arrives in 15-25 business days after dispatch

4.3 Delivery Areas

We currently ship to most regions except parts of Asia and remote locations due to “magical interference” (shipping restrictions).

4.4 Delivery Issues

You’re responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Unclaimed/returned packages may incur additional shipping fees for redelivery.

🔄 5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery, provided:

• Items are in original condition with all tags attached
• Non-returnable items are excluded (see below)

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

To protect the magic, we cannot accept returns for:

• Disney Parks Limited Time Offers (due to their exclusive nature)
• Collectible Pins (unless damaged in transit)
• MagicBands (for hygiene reasons)
• Personalized or custom items
• Items not in original condition

5.3 Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return, issued to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
